Brunch de iogurte grego e bagels / Greek yoghurt and bagels brunch

apresentaram.
Portanto criei a minha versão do
barrar e compota (a gosto).
Para acompanhar, um cappuccino e
limonada de framboesas (que já estava pronta).
Greek yoghurt and bagels Brunch

Brunch is something that I really
like but since May 2011 it
has become an addiction! It was in Lisbon at that time on a Sunday that
I tried this "Brunch-Vital" at Kaffeehaus in Chiado - well decorated, simple
and in one of the most vibrant
areas of my Capital - and since then I
started to create this recipe at weekends when I don’t have family lunches.
By the way, it was here that I
discovered the Raspberry Lemonade
that I adopted too – I have no idea if it matches with the one that I had there.
So I created my version of the “famous” brunch,
adapting it. Therefore, is greek yoghurt with cereals and
fresh fruit, bagels, cappuccino
(one day I will post the method for the cappuccino to those who do not have
- like me -
espresso machine with steamer to create the
perfect foam ..) and raspberry lemonade.
ingredients:
natural greek yoghurt – large
4/5 tbsp. jam
muesli
2 kiwis
2 bananas
1 bunch of grapes
2 cinnamon bagels
soft cheese and jam to spread
Start by mixing the greek yoghurt with the jam
in a container. Then cut the bananas and the kiwis in slices. Add the yoghurt
to a bowl then the muesli and cover with fresh fruits – bananas, kiwis and
grapes.
Meanwhile cut the bagels in half and toast them
until they are golden and spread some cheese and then some jam (as much as you
want).
Serve this with a cappuccino and a raspberry
lemonade (which was already done).
