Partilhar o cappuccino do pequeno-almoço. Aparecerem no final do dia, à porta do meu trabalho. Sair da rotina é tão bom!

[Fica para sempre, aqui! Adoro-te!]

ingredientes:
1/2 baguete pão
1/2 alface romana
1/2 alface iceberg

Apple and walnuts salad
serves 3

I made this recipe last week before my friend arrived. It's really good as a side dish.

I love having someone visiting me, being a tourist again, going to places that I normally do not go, discover new delights, everything. Dining out at 10:30 at night. Lunch at 4pm. Share a cappuccino for breakfast. Log in 2nd hand stores, buy all the furniture and come with it on the bus. Start drinking "pints" at 6 pm. Go to the jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath after work. It's good getting out of my routine.

ingredients:
1/2 french baguette
1/2 romaine lettuce
1/2 iceberg lettuce
a hand full of walnuts
3 apples
zest of cheese
sauce of olive oil and vinegar

Begin by cutting the bread in thin slices and toast lightly on each side in a frying pan and reserve. In the same pan, toast the walnuts and reserve. Meanwhile wash the lettuce, half of each one, and cut into very thin strips and set aside to dry. Now pick the apples, cut into sixths, and then thinly sliced.

On a large bowl, put the bread slices on the bottom, cover with the lettuces mixture and with the apples. Then scrappe thin slices of cheese on top and spread the walnuts on top of that.

Serve with sauce on a side. Sauce: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt, pepper and fresh parsley.
